Hi is it ok to but a perm or texturizer in a three year olds hair?
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't do that! I would never suggest putting chemicals in a toddlers/childs hair for any reason. Have you tried Carol's daughter hair milk? I would rather blow dry it (on warm with the comb attachment) than do that.
